Sarah Brown says (19/05/2014 23:41:44):
Our best friend Charlie went to sleep on 12/05/14 age 13 years. We collected him from the vets today to bring him home forever. He was brought to us in a lovely box(urn inside), display sprig of flowers and certificate, all of which brought us to tears. I instantly felt that he had been treated with the dignity he deserved. Thank you to all of the staff at Summerleaze for looking after our boy. X

Sadly my little girl Lucky was put to sleep on 12/5/2014 at the age of 19. She was a rescue cat and I had her from 6 months old. Where she lived with me till her last day. She was a beautiful lady and I will never forget her she has left paw prints in my heart. I wanted her cremated so she could come home with me again. I collected her on Friday 16/5/2014 and I broke my heart again when I saw the beautiful box, dried flowers and certificate. She is now home with her mummy. Thank you for bringing her back home to me. Xxx

Thank you so much.
We were very sad to lose our Westie, Bramble, while on holiday in Pembrokeshire. The vets in Haverfordwest were lovely and tried their very best for her, but we had to say goodbye and she went peacefully to sleep.
A week later, after we arrived home, we received Bramble's ashes sealed in a pretty little carved wooden box. She will finally rest in her favourite sunny spot in the garden beneath a beautiful white rose.
We all miss her so much, especially her best friend George the cat.

Following her very sudden death, our vet arranged for the cremation of our beautiful dog, Mollie. Her ashes were returned to us in a simple terracotta urn that was carefully packaged within a box simply decorated with a sprig of dried flowers. This was so tastefully done that we know and appreciate that you treated her with respect.

We miss you Mollie - run free forever.

My Dad lost his beloved companion Benny aged 15, and a few days later I lost my best friend Gus at the age of 17. They were collected from our vets together, and were returned together in wonderful matching caskets. Our heartbreak was made more bearable by this fantastic service. Thank you so much. x

Losing our beloved boy Rocky at 12 years who is greatly missed by us and his two sisters and we can never fill the void left by his absence, it was a comfort to receive his ashes beautifully boxed with a dried flower posy and a certificate. It felt respectful to his memory. He was our lovely boy and the pain of grief mixes in with our beautiful memories of him.

Lisa and Mike Williams/Meredith says (12/04/2014 20:35:28):
Sadly we had to make the choice of having our beloved English Bull Terrier "Molly" put to sleep at the ripe old age of 14 years on 7/04/14, she brought us a lot of happiness and joy over the years but it was her time to go.
Molly will be greatly missed by all the family and was a wonderful dog,she didn't have a bad bone in her body, gone but never forgotten my beautiful old lady.
I would also like to thank the vetinary surgery (Fernlea Vets of Kingswood) for the excellent care and compassion over the years (as Molly was quite a regular visitor) and also for the sensitivity shown at the end of her life and also Summerleaze for the high quality service provided.
Thanks again, sleep well Molls.
