Mr & Mrs M Beckwith says (19/09/2014 12:28:22):
We picked up our gorgeous little Westie Cindys ashes yesterday afternoon after having to have her put to sleep in the evening of 8th September but a most compassionate and kind vet in Cardiff. We were very impressed by the beautiful way in which we received Cindys ashes. A beautiful little casket with dried flowers and a certificate. Now she is back where she belongs, at home with us where she belongs. Thank you Summerleaze. You did a fantastic job and made our grief easier to bear.

Thank you to all at Summerleaze for helping to ease the pain and heart break felt by the loss of my wonderful 19 year old cat Pansy. Being able to take the time to say good bye to her in such a beautiful and peaceful little chapel of rest meant all the world to me, especially having lost her only that morning. I felt so reassured that I was leaving her in your good, caring hands to be cremated, and today it was comforting to collect her ashes in such a beautiful urn with the certificate and dried flowers. I still have the dried flowers you presented to me 16 years ago when I brought Pansy's kitten, Hazel to you. I will treasure those and these new flowers for Pansy forever. Thank you.

Thank you for the care you gave our beloved 18 year old cat Katie, arranged by our veterinarian at North Park Vets in North Tawton, Devon. We were numb when we returned last week to collect her.

The box we received, with its decoration and envelope, was so personal and thoughtful. Then we got home and found inside the lovely little carved box, and her certificate. We are deeply grateful that you honoured her in this way. As other bereaved families have said on this page -- it means a lot to us that you respected and cared for her at the end of her life.

Katie, we miss you so... but you are free of illness and pain now. 17 years ago you decided to move in with us, and there you will remain in our hearts, loved forever. Be a happy cat, Katie CatCat. xxxx

Today I received the ashes of my baby Boy Milo. He was a gorgeous Shihtzu who was only 14 weeks old. He had a hernia which had to be operated on urgently and he Unfortunatly passed away when they tried to wake him up from surgery. We didn't have Milo Moo for very long, however we loved him dearly like he was part of the family.
The presentation the urn was in was truly lovely and clearly a lot of thought went into it, Milo is now back home where he belongs. RIP Milo Moo.
Thank you to all staff at Summerleaze.

Thank you all from the bottom of our collectively broken hearts for the love and respect you showed our beloved dog Mitzi on her final journey. We lost her to old age at home on August 11th. She was collected for cremation yesterday by a wonderful man who handled her with the utmost care and returned her to us with the same care. The loving way in which Mitzi came home to us brought more than a tear to my eye. Her urn is as beautiful as she was, the certification of cremation and dried flowers were a lovely personal touch. Mitzi is now home, in her favourite corner. Knowing she was taken care of so well after leaving this world makes the still very raw pain a little easier. THANK YOU ALL xx RIP Mitzi (December 6th 1998 - August 11th 2014)
